Job Description
Position Summary
The Process Engineer plans and coordinates manufacturing processes for new products and customer existing programs.
Primary Responsibilities- Writes equipment and process specifications. Purchases equipment and manufacturing materials for the execution of new products and programs.
- Provides technical support and guidance to manufacturing operations processes and equipment.
- Conducts validation trials, feasibility, design tests for performance of processes, materials, and machinery related to the tube mill operations, fabrication, and coatings.
- Develops and implements tooling & coating equipment via qualification and validation trials.
- Develops layouts for projects and process improvements.
- Assists with development of specifications, new tools, processes, and the training procedures.
