Job Description
SMS is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to achieve assigned sales goals through effective leadership of the sales team across the East Prairies region. This role partners closely with Operations Managers and key stakeholders to drive strategic sales plans, strengthen customer relationships, and grow market share and profitability across equipment sales.
Work Location: Winnipeg, MB (East Prairies region).
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 annually + incentives
Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working from the office or customer site each day.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. What You'll Do: Sales Leadership and Execution:Lead and direct day-to-day sales activities across construction, forestry, and utility market segments to drive market share and profitability growth.
