Job Title- Regional Sales Manager Location - Kolkata Experience - 5-10 years About the Role- Mars Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow our General Trade business across Kolkata and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will come strictly from the beauty/cosmetics industry, with hands-on experience in General Trade (GT) sales (not counter/Beauty Advisor led retail). Key Responsibilities- • Own and deliver the primary and secondary sales targets for Kolkata region through the General Trade channel. • Build strong retail coverage by expanding the number of productive outlets (chemists, cosmetics stores, department stores, kirana/general stores) in GT. • Drive market penetration and range-selling of Mars Cosmetics' product portfolio across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets. • Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Territory Sales Executives and distributor sales representatives (DSRs) to ensure market covera...
