Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will drive the adoption and sale of our LED light fixtures to our target markets in the Industrial and heavy industrial and hazardous marketplace. Our key verticals include Power Generation and Energy, Chemical and Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage Processing, Mining and Metals, Ports and Shipyards, and Automotive and Manufacturing. The successful individual will have responsibility for managing manufacturer’s representative firms along with relationships at distribution, (electrical/lighting), contractors, specifiers, and industrial facility managers including maintenance, plant electricians, project engineers, and health and safety engineers.
The position will report to the Director of Sales. Compensation is a competitive base salary with benefits, plus commissions. The region has a strong sales pipeline and is positioned for growth.
