About the Role-
Mars Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow our General Trade business across North region. The ideal candidate will come strictly from the beauty/cosmetics industry, with hands-on experience in General Trade (GT) sales (not counter/Beauty Advisor led retail).
Key Responsibilities-
- Deliver primary and secondary sales targets for Delhi GT market
- Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors and stocklists across the territory.
- Build and lead a team of Area Sales Managers/Sales Officers for GT coverage
- Drive product placement, visibility, and shelf share across wholesale and retail outlets
