Overview:
Seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead QA/QC teams across large-scale telecommunications and hyperscale data center projects. This role oversees quality processes, supports field teams, manages escalations, and ensures compliance with customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
ā€¢ā€ƒLead and manage QA Leads, Quality Specialists, and field-facing QA teams
ā€¢ā€ƒServe as main QA escalation point for technicians, superintendents, and clients
ā€¢ā€ƒEnforce quality standards, procedures, and documentation across projects
ā€¢ā€ƒReview reports, monitor KPIs, and drive quality improvements
ā€¢ā€ƒBalance QA resources and staffing across multiple sites
ā€¢ā€ƒInvestigate and resolve field quality issues and customer concerns
ā€¢ā€ƒSupport project kickoffs and develop QA plans
ā€¢ā€ƒPartner with training teams to upskill field personnel
ā€¢ā€ƒDrive process improvements and operational efficiency
