Overview:
Seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead QA/QC teams across large-scale telecommunications and hyperscale data center projects. This role oversees quality processes, supports field teams, manages escalations, and ensures compliance with customer and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢āLead and manage QA Leads, Quality Specialists, and field-facing QA teams
ā¢āServe as main QA escalation point for technicians, superintendents, and clients
ā¢āEnforce quality standards, procedures, and documentation across projects
ā¢āReview reports, monitor KPIs, and drive quality improvements
ā¢āBalance QA resources and staffing across multiple sites
ā¢āInvestigate and resolve field quality issues and customer concerns
ā¢āSupport project kickoffs and develop QA plans
ā¢āPartner with training teams to upskill field personnel
ā¢āDrive process improvements and operational efficiency
