Job Description
Atlas HXM is seeking a Regional Payroll Operations Specialist to oversee payroll for the Americas, with some duties in Europe. You will validate inputs, run reconciliations, and resolve complex payroll issues across countries, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
You will partner with HR, Finance, and external providers, manage end-to-end payroll cycles, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining data confidentiality and adherence to local laws.
