Position Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Positioning
- Conduct or leverage market research to understand brand perception, consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform brand strategies.
- Work with Commercial, Product and Business Unit teams to ensure customer feedback and market trends inform brand initiatives.
Branded Experiences
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of brand touchpoints (app, store, product, campaigns and merchandise) ensuring it reflects the brand identity while adapting to local market needs.
- Drive the evolution of store experiences and IP-led activations, ensuring they deliver both strong brand expression and measurable business impact in each market.
Cross-Functional Business Unit Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Units to ensure integrated brand experiences.
