Regional Painter – Responsible for interior and exterior painting and maintenance of apartment complexes, ensuring superior craftsmanship and resident support.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple buildings, painting interior and exterior areas.
• Paint hallways, stairwells, common areas, in‑suite, parking stripes, and fence painting.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify repairs or preventative maintenance.
• Calculate proper quantities of supplies and maintain inventory.
• Handle and dispose paint, stains, and hazardous materials appropriately.
• Comply with health and safety legislation (Health and Safety, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA, Human Rights) and use required safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report unresolved hazards to management.
• Document activities regularly and timely.
• Perform any other duties necessary for property maintenance.
