Job Description
Lead partner relations in your designated territory as a Regional Operations Manager. Ensure compliance and enhance partner performance with United Services Group’s comprehensive support.
This role requires a proactive approach in managing relationships with subcontractors while ensuring seamless communication across various internal departments. You'll oversee the Partner Recruitment process and conduct Calibration Walks with account teams. Your focus will also include addressing partner needs promptly and ensuring legal compliance throughout all operations.

• Create resource pools of trained partners for efficient operations
• Conduct performance management processes with regional teams
• Implement processes for partner relations department
