8–15 years of experience in retail operations / LFS operations / key account retail operations.
Lead and manage end-to-end LFS operations across India / key accounts / partner stores
· Lead and manage end-to-end LFS operations across India for all assigned retail chains / key accounts / partner stores.
· Ensure smooth execution of business plans, SOPs, store processes, and operational controls across regions.
· Monitor staff productivity, availability, replenishment, visual standards, staff deployment, and business continuity.
· Prepare and present weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews for leadership.
· Share insights on regional trends, account performance, inventory issues, and market opportunities.
· Use data to drive action plans for underperforming stores, categories, and territories.
