Key Responsibilities
Provide management oversight of 8 properties across South Africa and Botswana, ensuring consistent delivery of operational standards, guest experience excellence, and compliance.
Lead and manage the performance of all General operations Managers, ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and leadership development.
Drive operational efficiency across all functions within the properties.
Drive revenue optimisation strategies across gaming, hospitality, conferencing, entertainment, and other services.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance tracking across the portfolio.
Ensure full compliance with gaming regulations, hospitality legislation, licensing requirements, labour law, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks in both South Africa and Botswana.
