Job Description
NTT DATA Malaysia in Kerteh is seeking an Onshore Regional - Network, Security, Telecommunications Engineer to provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise networks, LAN/WAN, IP telephony, firewalls and security systems. You will troubleshoot, perform fault isolation and implement changes in coordination with Level 3 and vendors.
The role requires hands-on onsite experience, ITIL-aligned processes, and collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
