Job Description
As Regional Manager, Sales, you will support the Managing Director in all sales and business development activities of the company for the region (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Türkiye, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain), with the below responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team,
- Roll-out sales and business development objectives in line with yearly Budget and five-year plan,
- Supervise sales activities and negotiations of large projects,
- Develop Dextra network of fabricators and distributors
Management
- Manage the team of sales professionals, each of them responsible for a specific area/product.
- Set-up targets and individual development plan for team members, following Dextra Group guidelines (Performance Management System, 1/1, career path, simulation remuneration packages)
