Job Description
Regional Manager
The Regional Manager will oversee the management of all salon locations, each managed by a Salon Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, continued development of staff and leading the Salon Managers to achieve performance goals of their individual shops. The Regional Manager will report directly to the Operation manager and collaborate closely with each Salon Manager.
Hours: 4 hrs expected weekly
Pay: $30-35/hour + 3% commission
Job Description
- Facilitates new inventory items getting added to Mango Mint via admin
- Makes staff aware of new products via Basecamp
- Trigger physical inventory checks by shop manager when issues are found
- Meets with shop managers bi-weekly
- Facilitates manager meetings bi monthly
