Responsible for all sub-region/country portfolio of digital offerings in the PRO ecosystem and business development.
Implementation of all user & seller-based loyalty programs including recruitment /engagement
Local Go-to-Market:execution of successful user campaigns, events, trainings.
Steering user / trade engagement with data analytics from PRO 360.
Execute user and trade redemption execution.
Handling operation project execution and implementing new features.

Qualifications
Graduate with min.4 years of user and trade loyalty program management experience in offline or online channel or sales and marketing experience in consumer industry. MBA preferred.
