Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Field Safety Manager

**Reports To:** Field Safety Director
**Travel Requirements:** 50% overnight travel required
**Region:** North / Midwest
**Location:** Remote; assigned office location within a Camping World facility in the designated region
**Position Summary**
The Regional Field Safety Manager supports the Field Safety Director and Vice President of Safety in the implementation and oversight of safety, health, and environmental programs across an assigned region of Camping World dealerships and RV service centers. This position collaborates with field and operations leadership to promote Camping World’s “True North” safety culture, maintain regulatory compliance, mitigate operational risk, and ensure timely completion of corrective actions through field engagement, coaching, inspections, training, and incident follow-up.
