Job Description

The Regional Facilities Coordinator supports the operational effectiveness of multiple sites within designated
region. This role ensures facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. The
coordinator partners closely with the Regional Facilities Leader, local site managers/ teams, and external
vendors to deliver high-quality facility services and a consistent employee experienc

Facility Operations & Maintenance

+ Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across regional sites, including building maintenance,
repairs, inspections, and cleaning services.

+ Conduct routine site walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and
improvement opportunities.

+ Manage CMMS work orders, ensuring timely response, completion, and documentation.

+ Support CMMS preventive maintenance programs and ensure assets are serviced according to
schedule and on time.
