Job Description
Ecolab is seeking an Enterprise Excellence Leader based in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, or Lima, to drive regional transformation across Latin America South, Central & Caribbean. You will lead Lean initiatives, manage major programs, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements.
The role requires 4+ years in transformation or operational excellence, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred), and strong skills in governance, KPIs, and stakeholder management.
