Boeing Global Services is seeking a Regional Director Material Sales (Non-executive) to lead our Material Sales team to be based out of Dubai UAE.

Position Responsibilities

Manage, develop, motivate and coach a team of professional salespersons in planning and executing sales campaigns and activities to sell the company’s offerings.

Focus on and meet team sales targets and Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) through new business development, growing existing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction with company products and services.

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with commercial aerospace customers, suppliers, peers, direct reports and other stakeholders.
