The Regional Adjuster is responsible for delivering professional claims management service to clients. The role requires the jobholder to provide loss‑adjusting expertise, business revenue contribution and teamwork support. The job holder will be expected to contribute to the business maintenance and growth as well as the supportive team culture in the Department, focusing on business, efficiency, profitability and reputation. This will involve ensuring that nothing short of a professional service is provided to all McLarens clients.
