Job Description
XPENG seeks a Regional After-Sales Manager to lead and coordinate dealer service centers across Malaysia. You will supervise daily operations, ensure SOP adherence, manage repair orders, and uphold service quality and customer reception standards.
You will also oversee the regional call center, roadside assistance, and NPS initiatives, collaborating with HQ to implement training, parts, warranty, and readiness for new model launches.
