In this role, you will independently manage a book of accounts and serve as a key relationship partner for clients, brokers, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of each case. This position requires strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to deliver effective enrollment and service solutions that support both customers and business partners.
