Identify and lead engineering innovation opportunities that improve sustainability, energy efficiency, operational performance and refrigerant strategy delivery.
Review and analyse refrigeration equipment performance, identify root cause issues and develop short, medium and long-term improvement plans with internal and external stakeholders.
