Job Title: Refractory Installation ManagerLocation: Los Mochis, Mexico (On-site)Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete refractory scope, including material selection, design verification, application, and field installation in line with project specifications.Coordinate closely with the Mechanical Site Manager and Construction Manager in planning and executing refractory works for furnaces, reformers, reactors, and related equipment.Define critical work fronts, curing/drying schedules, and heat‐up sequences to meet project milestones and support commissioning activities.Review and approve method statements, installation procedures, and subcontractor documentation.Validate subcontractor progress and approve payment applications according to contract terms.Construction Planning & ControlLead daily and weekly planning with supervisors and maintain a 4‐week lookahead schedule.Ensure compliance with safety requirements, risk assessments, and mitigation measures.Monitor installation prod...
