Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out refractory brick lining, gunning, and casting works in furnaces, kilns, boilers, reformers, and reactors as per project drawings and Aramco specifications.
- Measure, cut, and lay refractory bricks and tiles with precision to ensure proper alignment and stability.
- Mix and apply refractory mortar, castables, and insulation materials as required.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain refractory structures, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, isometric sketches, and technical instructions related to refractory works.
- Operate tools and equipment such as brick cutting machines, mixers, trowels, and measuring devices.
- Follow Aramco-approved quality procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Adhere strictly to site HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and practices.
