Reflection Manager (6-Month Contract)
Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across Canada, offering independent, assisted, and memory care options.
Our memory care philosophy focuses on quality service to residents and families. The Reflections Manager oversees the overall memory care unit, ensuring exceptional care and diligent billing aligned with labor standards.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $63,000 Annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Support completion of resident assessments, develop service plans, and arrange resident/family conferences.
- Collaborate with management to optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities within the Memory Care unit.
- Schedule and adjust staffing levels to match program guidelines, occupancy, acuity, and services purchased.
