Job Description
Join ColdFront as a Reefer Technician based in Brooks, Alberta, specializing in the maintenance and repair of reefer units. This full-time role involves both shop work and on-call mobile service.
This permanent position reports directly to the Calgary General Manager. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex refrigeration systems while ensuring customer satisfaction at remote locations. Conducting regular preventative maintenance will also be key to your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain trailer reefer units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration issues
• Perform preventative maintenance regularly
• Ensure work quality meets required standards
• Complete other assigned shop duties
Requirements:
• Training from a recognized Trade Institution
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with various tools of the trade
• Experience with refrigeration and A/C units
