As a Red Seal Electrician (Maintenance), you’ll play a critical role in keeping our plant running 24/7. From troubleshooting complex systems to maintaining essential equipment, your work directly impacts uptime, product quality, and team success. This is hands‑on, meaningful work — where your expertise shows up every shift.
This position will work on a continental 12‑hour (6:30pm – 6:30am) night shift schedule to support a 24/7/365 operation. Call‑ins and overtime due to breakdowns and scheduled maintenance or projects may be required.
