The ideal candidate will have a background in environmental science, sustainability, public administration, education, or a related field, along with strong communication, presentation, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, engage confidently with community stakeholders and elected officials, and work independently in both field and office settings.
