The contractor shall supply all materials, tools, equipment, refrigerant, consumables, and skilled manpower required to carry out the rectification of defective air conditioning units installed at La Riviera Estate – Block A & B Common Corridors and Block D Pump Room .

Scope includes

• Isolate electrical power supply to each affected AC unit before commencement of work.
• Recover or safely release refrigerant pressure where applicable.
• Disconnect and de-braze refrigerant suction and discharge pipelines from defective compressors.
• Remove defective compressors from the outdoor units.
• Supply and install new compressors of the specified models.
• Reconnect refrigerant piping and perform all necessary brazing works.
• Carry out nitrogen pressure testing to ensure leak‑free refrigerant circuits.
• Perform deep vacuuming of the refrigeration system.
