Role Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist combining hands‑on tech recruitment with delivery of broader HR projects, notably internal mobility across the group.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and network engineering.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach.
• Drive HR projects beyond recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross‑country coordination, candidate experience).
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem.
