Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview details
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking records
- Assist in conducting initial interviews or assessments (phone or online)
- Prepare job offers and employment documents under HR supervision
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and timelines
