Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of recruitment agency experience is essential. Proven experience interviewing, screening and sourcing candidates. Proficient in Placement Partner . Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong telephone etiquette and confidence speaking with candidates and clients. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional, driven and target-orientated.
