This established mining services organisation supports major resource projects across WA. Our client is seeking a capable Recruitment & Mobilisation Consultant to join their Perth-based team.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring employees are fully mobilised and site-ready. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines stakeholder engagement, candidate management, workforce planning and mobilisation coordination.
With a lean structure and supportive leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to introduce new ideas, improve processes, and genuinely influence the future recruitment function as the business continues to grow.
