Job Description
The Recruitment Manager leads the end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines for corporate, technical, and regional operational branches. Operating out of the Reliance IT Building in Pasig on a hybrid schedule, this leadership position sits within the Talent Acquisition department. The primary focus is managing a high-performing recruitment team to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets and business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the full-cycle recruitment team, ensuring strict adherence to Time-to-Hire and Cost-per-Hire service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives and functional heads (Network Engineering, IT, Finance) to accurately balance resource forecasting and workforce planning.
