Designation: Assistant Manager - (Frontline / Bulk / Volume Hiring)

Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

6 days Work from office

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:

  • Candidates handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only should apply
  • Vendor Management Experience is mandatory
  • Total Experience - 8 to 12 years
  • Relevant Exp - 1 year+ as a AM on paper
  • Handled a team of atleast 5-8 Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters
  • Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
  • Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
  • Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
  • Must be comfortable with WFO
  • Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
