Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
Conduct HR orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Ensure all employment documentation is accurately processed and filed.
Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance
Handle all work pass applications and processes
Manage timely renewals, cancellations, and updates of work passes.
Serve as the key point of contact for work pass queries from employees and authorities.
Stay updated on changes in MOM regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
OFWAS (Online Foreign Workers Address Service)
Maintain accurate and timely address updates for foreign workers in the OFWAS system.
