Job Description
As Recruitment Coordinator & Planner you will:
- Scheduling Interviews - Arrange interviews based on candidate and interviewer availability, often across different time zones.
- Coordinating Stakeholders - Act as a bridge between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Managing Interview Logistics - Book rooms, set up video calls, send calendar invites, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Candidate Communication - Provide candidates with interview details, answer questions, and share updates on their application process.
