About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group HQ team. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent to support the strategic growth of our client organisations across Singapore.
What You'll Be Doing- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles and industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and hiring requirements.
- Proactively source and screen high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and skills assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
