For our Recruitment Center team based in **Alba (CN)**, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiast **Recruiting Specialist** to support us attracting the best talents!
The position reports to the **Recruitment Center Manager** and will be dedicated to **Recruitment and Employer Branding** activities for **Ferrero Italy**.
### Main Responsibilities:
Covering the position of Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for **recruitment end to end** and will independently manage the **full selection process**: collection of business needs and kick-off meeting, advertisement of the vacancy, CV screening, interviews, candidates’ assessment and feedback.
