We help employers source and screen candidates at scale through our proprietary ATS platform and Recruiting-as-a-Service (RaaS) delivery model — working with clients across Canada and the US in field sales, trades, and growth-stage industries.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and develop our internal recruiting team. You’ll own the day-to-day performance of our recruiters, shape how the team operates, and make sure we’re consistently delivering quality candidates to the clients who depend on us. This is a player‑coach role — you’ll still carry a desk and work real requisitions, while also building the habits, systems, and culture that make your team excellent.
