Recruiting Coordinator (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the Solar Turbines Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiting Coordinator).

What You Will Do

• Initiate and monitor pre-employment background screening and medical processes.
• Manage pre-employment process and maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.
• Receive and process the requisitions for hiring contingent workers, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followed.
• Manage the incoming requisitions in Workday to accurately assign the appropriate Recruiter in a timely manner.
