The Recruiting Coordination team is a global group of resourceful, cross‑functional professionals who partner closely with TA partners to provide a world‑class experience for candidates throughout the interview process. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will schedule interviews, manage logistics, and oversee all aspects of candidate care for internal and external candidates. Your role demands outstanding multitasking, superior organizational skills, and the discipline to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Support scheduling and logistics for multiple recruiters and business units across the APAC region.
- Achieve or exceed monthly scheduling goals and analyze trends that could impact SLA delivery.
