We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role offers the potential for extension and provides the opportunity to build strong relationships with managers across the company. You will be working full-time onsite from Monday to Friday, with typical shifts from : AM to : PM, though some flexibility is available.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate our company’s Culture & Philosophy as the first point of contact for potential candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews at various sites.

  • Communicate effectively with interview teams and managers to ensure a positive, organized, and welcoming candidate experience.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates visiting our East Aurora facility and other locations.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring background checks and toxicology tests are completed and documented.
