This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.The Recruiting Coordinator Lead is responsible for managing a team of recruiting coordinators, overseeing the scheduling and coordination of interviews, and assisting in project management related to recruitment efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills, who can optimize recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
