JMC Aviation is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Toronto team and support our expanding operations across Canada and the US.

The Role
As a Recruiter at JMC Aviation , you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to placement and aftercare. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a high quality recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging aviation professionals
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records
