- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates effectively.
Requirements
- Experience hiring U.S. healthcare professionals (USRNs, Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, etc.)
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment
- Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, healthcare databases)
- Knowledge of U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance
- Can work in a metrics-driven RPO environment
