Job Description
- Source and attract candidates by using various recruitment platforms and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain candidate databases.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- College Level
- with strong experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 20-45 Yrs. old
