Pixel Mafia is a 3D Art Service Studio focused on creating high-end art for blockbuster video games made by some of the largest publishers in the world.
Role Overview
This is a project-based engagement focused on driving hiring initiatives within a defined period. The Recruiter will facilitate end-to-end recruitment efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and implement strategic hiring plans to support studio expansion.
The ideal candidate is highly driven, process-oriented, and experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth targets
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Sourcing of qualified candidates
